20 / 50 per private participant (students 10), within SSA / outside SSA.
50 / 100 per employee paid for by the institution, from SSA / outside SSA.

100 / 500 per hour and Institution within SSA / outside SSA.

* More than one institution is expected attend each webinar. When a tailor-made webinar has been agreed on, it is announced and is then open for additional single registrations, EUR 20 / 50 per participant (students 10), within SSA / outside SSA.

Seminars & workshops

Included in the price

  • One planning meeting; on-site or on-line.
  • Research about the background and the context related to the topic.
  • Development of agenda, programme & presentation material.
  • Sharing of presentation material.
  • One travel day for delivery.

Workshops only

  • Contact with stakeholders if any.
  • Expectation inventory, questionnaire sent to participants prior to workshop.
  • Workshop analysis, after the workshop.
  • Follow-up meeting.

Not included in the price 

  • VAT.
  •  € 500 per additional planning meeting.
  • Additional travel days if the location is further than one travelling day away.
  • Venue.
  • Water, coffee and/or lunch for the participants.
  • Travel and accomodation if required,

Language

Seminars, workshops, and coaching are offered in English and in Swedish, as requested by the client.

Terms and conditions

Invoices are paid within 30 days from the invoicing date.

Cancellation

If canceled more than one month before delivery, 25% of the amount of the deal will be invoiced, together with expenditures if any.
If canceled less than one month before delivery, the full amount will of the deal be invoiced, together with expenditures if any.

Rebooking

If rebooking more than one month before delivery, the amount is invoiced and the client has the entire amount credited for one year from the date of the rebooking.
If rebooking less than one month before delivery, the amount is invoiced and the client has the entire amount credited for half of a year from the date of the rebooking.
