Expanding the previous collaboration with IDEFOCS to not target IDEFOCS but the society as a whole. New Branch staff as well.
Our true challenge is the Aid sector. Sweden provides aid representing 1% of the GNP, since 20 years and counting, there are no measurable results. So HR&S needs to establish relation with special persons, who are self-driven to engage beyond aid.
Addresses small scale businesses as well as micro businesses and other type of income generating activities. We work in parallel with re-integration of disadvantageous communities, many of whom still caries trauma from the civil war. We provide employment and possibly trauma counseling. We do not specifically target IDEFOCS, but we offer our services also to them, in case they want to engage in institutional capacity and financial viability through profitable businesses.
